Ad Colen is a known figure in the Dutch jazz scene. Performances at the North Sea Jazz Festival and tours of the United States show that he is an exceptional saxophonist with a marvellous sound.
Pianist Gé Bijvoet is likewise much in demand; his website mentions e.g.: Soloist Award NOS Meervaart Jazz Festival, First Prize at the Festival International de Jazz in Sorgues (south of France), radio and television, pianist in the Dick de Graaf septet, Eric van der Westen octet and Ton van der Geijn quintet.
Next to concerts in the spotlights, Ad and Gé intend to also perform at smaller events. The basic idea is catchy not too loud music, so that the guests can still understand each other. A perfect concept which results in playing pleasure and is enthusiastically received by the audience.
